Frenchay Hospital has a first class burns unit(from personal experience of a friend) so he is in extremly good hands. I hope he makes a good recovery and my thoughts are with him and his family at this time.
S*d the aircraft I hope the Pilot is OK. What worries me so far is Frenchay is not the nearest hospital but does have the best burns unit. I am crossing my fingers for a good outcome.
In saying that, I’ve got the big Spit 24 in the build pile still….!
So have I the Revell(ex Matchbox 1/32) kit. I understand its not the easiest kit to build. So it keeps dropping down the list!

Looking round the net it seems that she is badly injured. I hope and pray they are wrong. It would be nice to see some femail drivers in F1 oneday.
Jim The answer is wood is cheap in the USA and Canada. I have a friend in Arkansas who build a 6 bed house for $45,000. On the down side Arkansas is Tornado alley and he lost a house to one in 40 years!
I bought an inch wide by eight feet a couple of weeks ago that was £4! I dread to think what building a 6 bed house would cost over here.
Still a brick house ravaged by fire is going to be pretty much a write off anyway.
On a lighter note despite it being the 2i6th aniversary of the declaration of independance tomorrow I don’t consider Americans grown up enough to play with matches!:)

#9 The very careful, highly experienced and meticulous pilot still stuck it on its nose though.:) I still consider The Blue Max and Moggys comments to be correct and I don’t consider with their experience their posts to be ill informed. I only know about high performance car engines but they don’t fall out of the sky if they stop!
Judging by the two oversize people at the end of the clip he same result could be achieved by waddling against it with their stomachs.

Age and competance are a funny thing, The older you get the more you think the young know nothing. To keep it in context Geoffrey Wellum was fighting in the Battle of Britain at 18. He wa the youngest to do so unless anyone knows otherwise.
BTW converting that picture to B/W is superb.
I am sure she is frying fish in the same chip shop as Elvis. Well both I and Martin Bormann think so.
