Was the Dambuster Raid and the Battle of Britain the only things the RAF did of note during WW2? I an beginning to think so as they are likely to be remade.

LONDONderry 1972. We were having a pep talk about patrolling the steets after a bad night of demonsrations. Berets were to be worn to show a “more relaxed attitude and make us appear more human”. Well being a para that was a red rag to a bull for a start! More hearts and mind drivel was spouted then the inevitable “anyone got any questions?”
A Scottish voice from the back said “Can’t we just shoot the Fenian F**kers and go home?”(obviously a Rangers supporter I would think)
