As an ex soldier from NI days the interior looks like an “on the blanket dirty protest” from the H Blocks!

That looks very smart indeed! Is that being returned to Hendon after being on long term loan?

Mercs used to be considered the province of the successful but that image has gone along with the build quality. Take a look at a Mercs front wings after they get past 7ish years old they are full of metal moth and reliability problems are rife.

At #36 so if I take a picture of a counterfeit Hurricane and post it some one will nip around and nick it? Of course museums have exhibits and security is unfortunately needed but not obvious cctv is cheap enough these days and can be used to convict felons.

Re my post#24 The dispute was over my tens machine that I use for pain.(it was clipped to my belt) The clown seemed to think it was a recorder, camera or whatever. Despite politely explaining what a tens machine did he wanted to see where the wires went(they were on my lower back) I told him a part lower down and if he wanted to see one look in the mirror!
I left then and retired to a nice pleasant pub for a pint. Shame really it spoilt my day out. As for the time scale this would have been 2008 -10 I can’t remember exactly as I had business several time in Folkestone during that period.
I hope that as some have stated that the attitude is better as I am sure that this is an interesting venue although as it is 200ish miles from me I have no wish to return.
