The pair in the first clip are Hans Dittes 109G-10 and 109G-2 Black 6 whilst filming for the tv series ‘Over Here’

Black 6 is painted in a generic ETO scheme and the markings blue 8.

So there are only ever 2 109s just one changes colour schemes 🙂

Wow! Looks like quite a collection! Even more reason for me to get my rear end over to Oz and NZ. Good luck to all involved, great news.

Ray Hanna – The Master

Ray Hanna was a genius. As simple as that. Any aircraft he flew became an extension of him as he’d guide it through the sky sometimes high, sometimes low and sometimes lower! So much has already been said about this man, a great figure in the vintage aviation community for many decades. As with many here, he and ‘434 were the sole reason I kept coming back to airshows. He was my hero as a boy and still is.
We will all miss him terribly… next year will seem very empty at Duxford, but hopefully his and Mark’s collection will live on with MH434 in pole position to carry on the legacy they started.

Blue skies forever Ray…

I’d love to see Concorde fly again, but somethimes we All have to be realistic. It ain’t gonna happen guv!
