Personally, I cannot imagine why FEMA would need to even carry firearms, let alone, need armoured personnel carriers for disaster relief.

The obvious answer is so that when disaster strikes, no one gets more than 1qt of water & a loaf of bread ;).. no wait, that doesn’t make any sense… 😀

& this at a time when troops in Afghanistan are being forced to use blanks for training….because they say there is a shortage of live ammo…

Just a little side pointer. Clinton is the ONLY elected President whom actually got the Foreign Trade Dept under control and reduced during his two periods.

Because republicans were holding the purse strings during Clintons terms… which is also why he had a balanced budget… you can thank Gingrich for that…
