Okay I’ll admit it, that bayonet lug is vicious, it will take the skin right off your knuckles if you bump into it.

If you want to talk about bayonets & bloodshed…two words: Mosin Nagant

Putting the bayonet on it a piece of cake, a 4yo could do it.. taking it off is an entirely different ballgame.. 😡

Although from reading the Mosin forums, the most likely victim of the bayonet will be your ceiling fans…
My model 91 Finn capture is so long that I have to put it in my gunsafe at an angle as it won’t fit through the door…. & that’s without the 18in bayonet. With the bayonet it’s damn near 6ft long

Rick, The interviewer, states, (and I have seen that on the side of Police Cars,) the words, “To protect and serve”. yet the chap being interviewed states the Police are not there to protect “You”, what the hell is their prime mandate then?.

SCOTUS already ruled that they the cops are under no obligation to protect anyone. Seems to me that their prime mandate is to live long enough to collect their pension.. which the majority of them (& all other Govt workers) won’t see as they are short $80Trillion.

In the 2nd Link, I think it was just a rabble of the public, not giving the speaker any chance of putting his points forwards, he was just shouted down. And you wonder why we over here don’t understand, I think, it’s beyond their mentality, that the majority just can’t live without a gun under their pillow, as an addict who can’t go without his “Fix”.
    Just my opinion.

Memory slightly fails me here, but I used to do a lot of beach, Sea Angling, and during the 80s, it was either at Cley or Weybourn area, where on the top of a very high bank, was a Pill Box, over the following years the banking was washed away, and the box ended up on the beach,

There are one or two quote a way from the cliffs at Walton in Essex, all the way out by the low tide mark.

When Flugwerk Fw.190A-8/N F-AZZJ c/n 990013 ditched off Hyères in 2010, it was only submerged for a few days and it started to corrode, if I recall correctly….

Friend put a Bonanza in the Pacific for 3 or 4 days (accidently) & the magnesium instrument panel was gone by the time they pulled it out

I was wrong about the middle bit being tapered. When you squeeze a cleco the *J&L* move out from the center piece & that allows then to move closer together to pass through the hole.
Must have been having a brainfart because it’s the outer parts that move, not the center piece.:o
