I’m the exact opposite. I’ve fiddled about with about 20 or more P51’s. I’d be hard pressed to tell you the N # of more than 2 of them…

I saw another funny fail for 2011, but unfortunately no video. I was at a trackday at Silverstone and there is a sighting lap at the start, 25 to 30mph, and the red lights come up on the intermediate group (not slow nor n00bs) signalling that someone has managed to stack it.

We run a pool when we do track days here. The idea is to pick the session, lap, corner & type of bike.

….& it’s almost ALWAYS, 1st session, 1st lap with some muppet on cold tires… R1’s & Ducatis at turn #3 or #5 tend to feature heavily…

The bigger risk is all the ack ack junk coming down in an air raid; as noted.

I would have thought the actual bombs would be the biggest risk 😉
