A point often lost on the people who don’t actually own the aircraft. I was on the receiving end of some jobsworth prattling on about what colour the undercart of an F7F should be for damn near 45 minutes before I ended the conversation with a string of well chosen single syllable words.:D
True, but if you look through all the photos the F16’s gear is still extended even though the wheel is completely buried out of sight in the mud.. at least up until the scoop became a shovel..
