    These machines are expensive to operate and they don’t often finance themselves even when they are movie stars.

    Then they must be doing something wrong, in the US having your aircraft in a movie is pure gravy. I’ve merely parked motorcycles for photoshoots @ $600 per day, per bike (nice earner when they ask for 8..) . Aircraft are WAY more expensive..

    In total, the day added over £56,000 to the pledge scheme. Hopefully more will follow as the awareness spreads through the extensive media coverage the day generated.

    I saw ONE picture in the media which showed less than 20 people at one of the sites…

    The valve in the first post is from a Wright R3350, just thought I’d clear that up. The stem is .745in dia & the head is 3.275in dia
