Well I hope its more interesting than they are in P-51’s!
At Chino they have used 3 Bearcats:)
So Chas, give us an example of what you class as bad, Just one hand on the steering wheel?,
Watch car race drivers, they always (assuming flappy paddles) have both hands on the wheel & they don’t slide their hands around the wheel as they turn. They keep their grip in the same place & cross arms when turning, try it next time you’re out in the car.

How about the muppets who can’t “read” traffic or even cone close to judging the speed of other vehicles? You know the ones… they whip out of the lane they are in to pass someone, but end up braking like mad behind someone in the lane they just swapped to & end up pulling back in behind the car they just tried to pass.. 7 or 8 times…
On the other hand there are people can read traffic. You come up behind a group of 10-30 cars in 3-5 lanes & effortlessly work you way through them without having to accelerate or slow down. Moments later the entire group is 1/2 mile behind you & your passenger suddenly looks up from the phone/book/magazine etc & says “what happened to that group of cars that were just in front of us?”… Riding a motorcycle is a great way to get very good at reading traffic.

I’m not sure about animals having the same “rights” as human beings, but I really don’t understand why some people seem to feel the need to just kill things for little or no purpose.
If your backyard was overrun with rats, would you ignore them? That’s how it is with deer (& wild pigs) over here.

Not every nutter (note use of the word “probably”) just way, way too many. And without wishing to get into one of those tedious exchanges of statistics, I doubt there are more stabbings by old ladies than shootings anywhere.
The “old lady” part is irrelevant, it’s the “nutjob” part you need to focus on.

Er, no. I may have become a little intolerant in my old age, but I don’t think I’ve reached the point where I could shoot an unarmed, mentally ill woman merely for shouting in the street. The point I was trying to make was that if she’d had access to a firearm, like she probably would have done in the US, then she’d most likely have been at least brandishing it if not actually using it, and I’d have been caught up in the kind of massacre we read about all too often on the other side of the pond. The kind of incident to which the gun lobby’s only answer seems to be “More guns! We need more guns, because more guns means less shooting!”
So your entire reasoning is founded on baseless assumptions? Why do you assume that every nutter on the streets on the US is armed? Truth of the matter is you are more likely to be stabbed by some old crone in the UK than you would have been of being shot if it had been in the US.

RpR, Those vermin, as you call them, have a right to live, just the same as you and I.
Lincoln .7
So you’re saying you don’t have aborted chickens with your bacon?

Makes me think of the difference between a welder (the machine) & a weldor (the bloke)…. On that basis we’d have detectors (the bloke) & detecters (the machine).. But we don’t have detecters.. but on the other hand, we don’t have Quality Control Inspectorists or Bus Conductorists either.
