Hollow points make a lot of sense. Better to down a large deer instantly, than have a high velocity round pass through the body and find a second home.

But if you are talking handguns, then I do agree with you.

Hollowpoints won’t go through the guy who is trying to kill you in one room, into another room & potentially hit someone else.

Chas, You obviously have no idea, of the application, checks etc that are carried out in G.B. to obtain a Sect 1 Firearm, if you did, your opinion may change. The way you have worded your reply, would make it appear that the issuing of firearms has been totally banned, rubbish, pass all the checks, and enquiries, and you will get your handgun, or rifle.You are most likely to get a handgun, if you have been a member of a gun club, for about a year, used the club owned guns. Then I forsee no problems in the issuing of your OWN weapon.
