No, they can´t.

For launch a LGB, they need the help of another plane, for example F/A-18 or SF-5BM…

Aren’t theThai aircraft former Spanish AV8As dating from the early 70s and therefore considerably pre-dating the Shar.

AV-8A/S are in the same generation than Shar…

The Shar is the last of the first generation Harriers.

The las first generation Harrier is the Thai AV-8A/S….

That´s all…
