Are the upstairs galleries still in place and available?
Last time I went to Hendon, must be five or so years now, the upstairs galleries I so enjoyed as a kid seemed to be gone.
You entered the museum and straight into the aircraft hall.
I also seem to remember a VC exhibit but didn’t see that either.
I enjoyed the preamble through the early days of flight before the main attraction.
