When I worked for O2 the government was very nervous with them taking on a mobile contract with a Chinese company.
They were concerned that China would `farm` account information for their own purposes.
Seems need is outstripping that fear.
I don’t understand why we don’t build our own reactors other than we don’t have the skill, or more scarily we are too expensive.
Not comfortable with the idea our reactors went to the cheepest bidder.
As for ISIS infiltrating the UK they do it every day via the intranet. Attacks come from within.

Didn’t know him but his name was synonymous with airshows in the 80’s and 90’s, as were the Rothmans team.
It’s going to become a racer. So, that’s the end of that airframe as a P51.
Very predictable win for the Kiwis. I can’t help thinking that as well as being a serious mismatch, the kind of inbalance of skills doesn’t do much for either of the teams. Perhaps some kind of handicap system is needed.
But then you would not have such corkers as SA and Japan.

It’s an interesting program. The one with the E-Boat and B24 were good uns.
They do `make some up` occasionally though like the rifle grenade destroying the van. I think they may have slipped some c4 in there somewhere 🙂
Charlie,
I think it’s one of those questions people have `assumed` but never really asked.
The next question would be was the mounting bracket removed?

This is going to be their biggest issue. Ridicule and public perception.
The shiny VW badge is now a little grubby.

Yes they did, the bomb aimers used various means besides the triangular hand held sight to work out the release point; there wouldn’t have been room if the standard bombsights were retained.
Dave.
Thanks. I figured that would probably be the case. When I searched the net there was no definitive answer.
This will no doubt be a very ignorant question but if they can manipulate the emissions why isn’t that a standard feature on the car?

How does the car know it’s under test?
I thought they just shoved a sensor up the exhaust and revved up?
