Never did understand why TFC got rid of ML417. A combat veteran too. One of the nicest spitfires on the circuit at that time.
I don’t think regulations are necessarilly to blame. We have lost some of the nicer venues. Biggin Hill, West Malling, Boscombe Down, Mildenhall.
Shoreham is still a nice airshow.

If you think they fly too far away in the UK you should try Canada. You need binoculars for those displays!

How did you people get to own so many cars!
I have only owned two cars. A Ford Sierra and a Mondeo. I had the Sierra 7 years and the Mondeo 14.
Sierra has to be my favorite car (I’ve also driven an Audi A3, VW Passat and Fiesta).

Favorite because it was my first car. The Mondeo’s not bad either. Guess I’m just not very into cars.

Okay, so the scientists are 95% sure humans are the cause of climate change.
I have no information to contradict this and I accept it. So what do we do about it?
Build wind-farms, sell the car, walk to work, spend 5p on a plastic bag. Okay, that’s fine but that is not going to fix the problem.
It’s not going to fix the problem because I’m not going to change and don’t particularly care.
So the government needs to do something. On the band wagon the government climbs and uses this as an excuse to raise more taxes.

The only way man will change is when we are at the brink, then we will change.
So the real question is how far away is the brink because if it’s 500 years – absolute nothing will change.

I had the sill welded to get it through the MOT. I’ll get the brakes done next MOT or if I notice a leak.
I’m not likely to loose all braking if it fails as each front / rear brake is a separate system on the Mondy.
I have owned my Mondeo 2.0 98 reg for 14 of it’s 15 years. In that time it has had 2 rear brake cylinders, 2 front brake discs, 3 cambelts, front rubber bushes,
new water pump, new front arm and spring. So it’s done pretty well for 150’000 miles.
Wonder how long I’ve got left on the clutch?
Anyway the old girl is being retired next year.

I had a new Audi A3 (Worsprung Durck Technique and all that) company car and the CD Player broke.
Rang the main dealer. “No problem, just pop it in next Wednesday and we will replace it”. Arrived Wednesday, kept hanging around for half an hour to be told,
“We ordered the wrong part”. But to add insult to injury proceeded then to lecture me on how using incorrect CD’s breaks the player yadda, yadda, yadda.
Three months later I got the player replaced. Three months after that I had my cd returned.
The rear wash wipe also broke.
    Not had a Audi since.

Now, my 14 year old Mondeo with 150k on the clock and the original clutch has just started to rust.

I thought it was a very interesting program. Is the aircraft to b restored to fly or just a static museum exhibit?
One thing that struck me as strange was why the fuel wasn’t drained out properly. Doesn’t the aircraft have a draining mechanism?

It’s note going to be anything significant imho. Looking at the damage and cut marks its surplus to requirements.

Today at about 1:30 BST Flying West to East along Hastings seafront a Spitfire following another more modern aircraft, to cloudy to see what the first aircraft it was or indeed what mark Spit.

I wonder if that’s what flew over Camberley at about 11am.
Warbird and single engine turbo prop aircraft very low and fast. I only heard (both) and saw the second aircraft. Been trying to id it?

How do you know if you have been attacked?
Is it a passive attack and they are snooping information or is it a determined attack. Deleting emails, sending your friends porn etc.
What did you do to fix it?
This might be useful to anyone who has an account.
