    Dassault has denied…

“The group said this information was unfounded.”

On the other hand, you can easily find lots of compagnies that denied something one day and officially announced it the following week ๐Ÿ™‚

If Saudi Arabia rejected to pay a couple of dozens of AMARC F-16ยดs to Morocco…..now they are going to pay a dozen and a half of Rafales….?

At the time of that story of F-16 for the RMAF, do you remember the price of oil ?

French press said that libya was highly interested in french frigates, submarines, missiles, like Crotale !!!! and Mirage 2000-5……and nothing

Nothing because Libya hasn’t bought anything yet.
Don’t you find it consistent ?

That is true but lets first admit that the YF-23 was a better design than the YF-22. I think everyone can agree to at least that.

Everyone but those who decided ๐Ÿ˜‰

My girlfriend never said that to me. ๐Ÿ˜€

I sent a picture of the rafale to one of my little sister yesterday, and all she could say was “Hey, what are these two big holes made for ?” ๐Ÿ˜ฎ ๐Ÿ˜ฎ

Dassault was the name of his brother in the french resistance who died during the WWII.

The money ? From Mr Bloch fortune.

Not to **** on his grave, but does this one man really deserve all the credit for everything Dasault did? All he did was come up with the money to found the company, he didn’t actually design all the planes himself.

When he was more than 70yo, for sure.

But he was a fantastic engineer, no doubt about it neither ๐Ÿ˜‰

4 years ago, it was a quick and dirty AESA with modules from RAytheon.
3 years ago was a more accurate date.

Since when are they involved in PAKFA?

Lots of rumors of common work with Sukhoi two or three years ago.

The problem wouldn’t be of swallow some pride but to threaten any future sales of the Eurofighter.

BA115 (Orange-Caritat), being presently equipped with the M2000, is rumoured to be closing down depending on what the French government decides to do on their next defense budget. My question is this: Is there any chance that BA115 might see their Mirage 2000 be transferred to Cambrai to see the Rafale be stationed in the South of France?

the mirage 2000 of Orange are the oldest of the whol mirage 2000 fleet and some of them has been sold o Brazil.

Yes the Raf has flown off the Deck of Sao Paulo when she was in French hands, but if you remember correctly, they had to extend the deck by 4m for clear operations, thus not really a feasable option in MdB service, a service that is really cash straped as it is.

That was the deck of the Charles de Gaulle that has been extnded because of the E2 Hawkeye.

Actually, the list of concerns are facts which are in evidence. You choose to ignore it because it doesn’t help support your opinion.

I don’t have to back them up with facts, because they are well known to anyone who follows this issue closely.

Did you even bother to read what I wrote. I didn’t say it was being lifted. I said the EU as a whole wants to lift it. That is a fact that you cannot deny.

Big mouth, arrogant and so many mistakes.

I said the EU as a whole wants to lift it
I hope you’re not one of those who follows that issue closely ๐Ÿ˜€
