Hey guys, it was a good day out. Bit cold at times, but thank god for the hire car as i needed to have a sleep mid afternoon (poor old sod).

The day made me 15 new frames, so well worth it.

Looking at a mailing list last night, i saw that a private 74SP was in the hangar with the doors open and a pair of Agean 73’s were in the same area. I never thought of driving around the back (typical).

Gary and i flew out on DHO and managed to sit in 1A and B thus having a great view of the stewardesses legs. Gary is allededly still sedated in Bolton general.

When climbing out we saw a Star Air B762F on the cargo ramp. Anyone able to identify this frame?

Ok then guys, where next? Cologne should be easy enough for most of you??

Another one who got DHO, ok that makes 4 of us I think who flew on DHO at some point throughout the day! lol When you consider how many B738s FR have in their fleet, for all of use who flew them yesterday to only get about 3 different regs must be quite a co-incidence. 😉

No one has mentioned how carp dub spotting is now since they replaced 6 foot fence with a 10 foot fence!!! Still pics possible but only from one small mound that the 10 or so of us just fitted on.

It was extremely annoying! Especially as they left the old fence there so you realised what it could’ve been like, so yes that fence was most inconvenient! 😡

We left a bit late, 15-20mins or so, yet arrived 5mins early. Maybe if we’d left on time then 28 would still have been in use. Of course that A pier is so damn cramped I failed to notice that it had ever changed anyway. :rolleyes:

Does anyone know if 27s were in use at LHR yesterday? If not I’m sure Dan wouldn’t of been too happy, especially after the ‘shock’ of getting MIDH. 😉

Great pics. It was a good day. myself,Tom and Stuart were discussing the possibilties of a meet somewhere on the continent over the summer maybe even for a weekend.

Yeah, as much as I like the look of Zurich it’s not the easiest/cheapest of places to get to from EDI…
But something over a Saturday/Sunday could be a good idea…
