Was there ever any thought to adding a pair of wings to the Lynx enabling it to carry 16 TOW missiles as the Apache does?
As I was passing Farnborough this afternoon on the M3 the Red Arrows did a fly around in a couple of formations before landing.
R44 G-GIBB parked in a small field alongside the A350 in Yarnbrook this evening at 18.15.
Spotted at only about 5 feet off the ground playing silly games with a truck, old RN Wessex wearing what I believe to be Cyprus camo on little road behind Boscombe Down at 8.45.

There was some controversy over the registration G-OLLY. At one time it was applied to a Navajo operated by Robertsons Jam; the logo/trade mark on their product label at the time featured the image of a (then) popular childrens’ toy.

I saw Tristar ZD952 this afternoon when I drove past Kemble Airfield. Unfortunately she was without her engines and (I imagine) almost all of her internal fittings 🙁
Awaiting conversion to Coke cans, cookers and computer cases.
Chinook heading east following A303 past Boscombe Down at about 4-5000 foot.
Hi All,
Yes it was just two shots that caused 37 million in military and civilian deaths. 🙁Geoff.
Does this include the deaths in WW2?
Fantastic and skilled flying there re the Buchon .
Second this! :applause:
I am fairly sure there are but not of their locations. Possibly our friendly updater at Meier Motors would have more of an idea on that front. I know he has a busy day job too but always seems willing to answer questions so it’s worth a try.
A quick look at the Meier Motors website showed 3 Spitfires and several other WW2 aircraft but no Hurricanes on their strength 🙁
