Initially I was disappointed by the lack of European participation, but the more I think of it, its great to see such a varied line up of uk based aeroplanes, especially the 5 hurricanes. I’m just thankful we have such a prolific warbird industry on our doorstep
Been to 8 shows this year and the 3 at Duxford have been the best. Long may they continue
I have to say it was slow moving getting out on Sunday but it took 2 hours to get off the airfield at Dunsfold and then there was the traffic on the country lanes. And we left an hour early. The one thing these shows have in common…… 2 lancs
Lovely day at Duxford today, had a flight in the classic wings tiger moth and then treated to some warbird activity.
