What i want to know is like what do i need to get into lke been a pc pilot?
what softwear do you recommend i start with to get into it?
If you mean “What software do you need for your PC”.
Then a copy of Microsoft FS2004 is all you need to get you started. 🙂
Then you may wish to think about expanding at a later date.
Kind of makes you wonder what they were doing operating the flight if they weren’t properly trained. 😮
Can anyone confirm or deny if she’s still painted in that Ghastly “Red-Bull” colour scheme? 🙁

Yeah, me too.
The first one (DAS Cargo) is a “Proper” old DC-10-30 isn’t it?
Not one of them newfangled MD-11’s. 😀
Where`s Cornwall?

Where the Pasties come from. 😀
That lightning looks in a very sorry state.
Tartan.
If you ever find yourself in Norwich again, they have a museum on the back of the Airport. They have a Stunning Lightning there, in Bare Metal finish. And a Vulcan, amongst others. 🙂
I’ll bet the “Wee Fella” in the last shot wasn’t complaining about the weather. 😀
Therefor they knew about the airport when moving in. And most of todays younger homeowners certainly have nothing to say as they certainly knew about the noise when buying!
I’m with you on that one.
Brize, Fairford, Filton… All too far from London surely.
But then, the houses around Heathrow have all popped its SINCE then.
That’s because Heathrow wasn’t originally on the present site it is today.
The Original airport was on Hounslow Heath.

It would no longer be a blot on the landscape.
😮
I hope I’m not alone in thinking the hangar is quite tastefully constructed.
OK, so it may not be entirley in keeping with the rest of the surroundings.
But personally I think it’s a superb building, and an excellent memorial to the Thousands of our Allies that gave their lives. The 2 “Roll of Honour” walls are very moving indeed.
Pull it down and build a nice shaped hanger instead, better still, pull it down and move it somwhere else, like Florida.
But the Duxford AAM is a tribute to the members, primarily, of the 8th AF, because of their WW2 links to the East Anglia region (and Duxford in particular).
I think I’m correct in saying it’s the most important collection of US aircraft outside of the US itself.
What advantage could possibly be gained by moving the collection to Florida?
