Interesting…each time I mention the engine it takes 10 minutes or less for you to figure it out. It is a correct answer !
It was powered with 40 hp ( 30 kw ) VW engine.
Motor glider from the 60ies…which one ?
Ferret looks a bit like YF-23 to me; http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_pgmxuPRFcLs/TCQT5nKsfzI/AAAAAAAAEJ0/3WfXIsBi52s/s400/P1030857.JPG
This is beauty; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KciMPGUrlOU
Most certainly we do ! Please go a head !
I’m going to go against the gain here: T-50 > YF-23. I don’t think the present paint scheme does T-50 any favours, and the engine cowlings aren’t on yet!

For ugliest (excluding BoP, X-32, etc.) it’s a toss-up between F-35 and J-20. The former has the lines of a small delivery van whereas J-20 commits the arguably greater sin of making the intrinsically elegant delta-canard layout into something brutish
Is PAKFA considered a stealth ?
It is…your turn !
Hard call… they are roughly same weight, with Atlas Cheetah being powered by an upgraded turbojet from 1948,
Gripen being powered by an upgraded turbofan from 1978, airframe wise also differ some odd 30 years,
and given that Gripen was designed to be maintained mostly by conscripts,
and add to that that operational cost also keep going up with age,
i’d say Gripen is cheaper to operate.
Isn’t that Snecma Atar a BMW engine practically ?
The twin jet above was armed military prototype fitted with Rolls Royce turbojets.
In Europe !
I was talking to Pekka Karhumäki the son of the famous aeroplane designer about their jet entry in the 50ies for FAF. The pic was cleverly disguised as old one. Lucky I had the testpilots book here.
Ok anyway here is a new one.
Isn’t this the Bear Hill Brothers ( Karhumäen veljekset ) Tiira OH-IRB ?
Flown by FAF ex chief test pilot lt.col Jyrki Laukkanen ?

Heath Parasol ?
If you are going to the expense of using a missile motor and guidance for every single munition landed on the ground, then you may as well just use MLRS or a variant of.
If you are for dropping PG-bombs, then you have to be capable of removing yourself quickly from the dangerzone.
I’m sure your well aware of the extra range added to the likes of the SDB by a high speed & high altitude “drop”.
Yes but what is quickly exactly…quick like chetah or quick like a little fish when you try to grap it ?
This needs no runway and maneuvers fast and goes 570 km/h; http://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http://www.popularmechanics.com/cm/popularmechanics/images/QV/Sikorsky-S97-1012-de.jpg&imgrefurl=http://www.popularmechanics.com/how-to/blog/sikorsky-to-build-superfast-military-grade-helo-14095743&h=450&w=600&sz=41&tbnid=6neYft-3JqeKGM:&tbnh=90&tbnw=120&prev=/search%3Fq%3Dsikorsky%2Bfast%2Bhelo%26tbm%3Disch%26tbo%3Du&zoom=1&q=sikorsky+fast+helo&usg=__4L33DqAev7wcmo6P_4L9PCiN2oI=&docid=fnK91UMeIVqg4M&sa=X&ei=3aHuUYS2K-SH4AST64CoBQ&ved=0CEAQ9QEwAw&dur=1182
