My diet is less energetic. Miss one meal a day, without eating larger meals to make up for it, and eating less carbs and a lot of fish.

Yes that sounds very healthy. My favourite pizza is topped with shrimps, anjovis and tuna.

the plain version ended up being exported by non-partner countries than raffie and yugofighter (but ths one still leads in overall produced).

the E version seems to have more range than both, can super cruise faster than Raf, carries the same meteor, all while being cheaper to acquire and operate.

did the Gripen E finally win over the Eurocanards as Europe’s best Su-35 killer?

    Does the E-type supercruise ?

I recall Burt Rutan worked this design with Jim Bede.
One fatality in Finland of this type.

Weighed myself this morning and found I have lost 5Kgs. Now to keep it off, plus another 10.

I play frisbee golf…and if I want to loose weighs I go cycling for 4-5 hrs.

Hi guys. It’s been a long time since I last viewed the forum so here’s just a quick update.
I’ve taken a side step from designing planes with a difference and am now getting my hands dirty in restoring a Thruster ultralight that has been stored for 10 years. A long term project but one that is keeping me sane in my ‘old age’. I’m looking at flying in maybe 9 months time.

Before anyone says anything, I’m on a diet already 😉

Cool project…I made a gramm weighing propeller today.

Yes, stop stealing my ideas :diablo::D

    I didn’t steal your idea DESKPILOT !

I created a new lifting fuselage system that I am now building as a 1/12 scale model and then if it looks good real good ( as it seems ) I’ll build an R/C model big enuf to the get to know how it flies and then also to get real data of the construction weight and balance.

It will be world smallest aeroplane and in fact as it is a twin it will less than half spanning than the perivous record holder Staibs AIRY-PLANE from the fifties ( just like world smallest aerodyne from Stitts the Baby Bird ). It will be 190 cm spanning and 4,2 m long. Fits in any garage nicely.

How are you doing Deskpilot anyway ?

My craft is a bit like this airliner model ( 1/300 scale ) for 200 people using solar power and batteries. Just squeezed into minimum 1 seater.

Ethnic Russian rebels who live in Ukraine and have Ukrainian passports are the ones who accidentally shot the jet down. Not official Russia in any capacity. Not the Russian govt or military.

Alex Dugin is the Karl Rove of Russian conservative politics.

Ok then…possibly russian Army would have known it was a jetliner

Really? In order of size, biggest first –
    Sweden
    Norway
    Germany
    Finland
    UK

Tanker in Finland would be like aircraft carrier in Germany.

does any of the scandinavian nations operate tankers ?

Scandinavian countries are so small that tankers would be vulnerable.

F-35 will ultimately be better bang for buck,
if Meteor integration ever happen it will also become a good BVR platform

Doesn’t the F-35 have an overheating issue ?

does that apply to US picking off iranian airliners, and bombing hospitals too, or is collateral damage tolerance dependent on belligerent ?

I agree…if you have a full blown war there shouldn’t be an airliner flying around the area. I just cannot figure out why Russia tries to deny that they shot an airliner.

Furthermore…BUK has +22 km altitude range…it is almost like Patriot…very capable and mobile as we have seen…but not invisible as we can see in the video where the BUK drives with only 3 missiles left.

    Smoking gun has been detected.

What do you think: since 1946 which country has participated to the greatests number of wars, killed the greatests number of civilians and changed the greatest number of regimes?

    How about since 1917 ?

    Right, of course.

Russia is just defending itself. Everyone would love Russia if it weren’t for the big bad USA and its CNN, Disney, and missile defense.

Btw, you realize Finland isn’t NATO right?

Finland is not Nato country but if the Russia keeps threathening Finland with S-400 or any other systems in press conferences Finnland may well became one sooner than expected.

Those S-400s naturally cover also Estonia which is a NATO member.
