The Avro Anson that lives at Old Warden flying over Hockliffe, Beds around lunch time.

Shuttleworth’s Hanriot HD1 also lost its wings during the Blitz. Later given to the RAF Museum and now in New Zealand.
Its not of a Minor LA4A . As it has one tube to many. Might be of an early Minor, but I cant find the Luton Minor book.
Looking good. 🙂
Eric,
Have you looked on ‘Scale Soaring UK’ website library.
We went the Strike Command route when we did our old Kite 1.
I got this photo on ebay some time back. Taken on 18th May 1943.
I use mastic on my Kite trailer.
The prototype Kite is comng on well. We took both Kites out of the workshop at the week end.
Looks to me like the Bellanca 28-70 ‘The Irish Swoop’ that came over for the England to Australia air race in 1934.
I think the rivet holes are original.
Interesting the photo is of a Waco CG13. I would have thought they would build a CG4.
Looks like the Corsair will have to flap its wings a bit harder before it can take off.
Eric, Keep up the good work. Both of my Kite !’s are coming on well. Just got a Grunau Baby 111 to play with .
Now why would you want me to turn up with something? Have you got Havard canopy frames?
