Ok let us get this right!! FL30 = 3000 feet, FL070 or FL70 = 7000 feet or have you missed the correct FL if we are talking about 70.000 feet then it is FL700!!
(Ole retired Air Traffic Controller)
ATC cannot see anybody at FL700 only if they squark mode C and I doubt very much a Russian AF does that, even then they could easily fix it so it looked like 700 π
I worked as an Air Traffic Controller there from 1980-83 and was fortunate enough to keep good contacts. I wrote an article about the RMAF in the now defunct “Military Aircraft Reveiw. Have a look at my website: http://www.ole-nikolajsen.com

No, the original system was 1140-1155, the became in sequence 1701-42, then 23-01 to 38, but with some of the crashed not taken on, I believe also in sequence.
I think the latest serial system 23- only goes to 23-34 as 8 had been lost when introduced!

magnificant TUAF F-4 pictures
Tuncay Deniz has just published this book about F-4 in the TUAF. Fantastic pictures
Turkey does not have A.310 only one VIP A.319!
I live in Cahors and it seems that there is a system that flights from Cazaux are allowed low level navation flights, one flight a day along the Lot river. Mostly Alphajets, but at least once a week a two-seater Mirage 2000 and occationally the VERY noisy Rafaele. Helicopters are the Cougars in grey. π I love the noise of FREEDOM!!!!
SIAT 223s
The Turkish state flying school (which also used it for primary military training) also used 15 SIAT 223s from 1969 to 84.
it is an old chineese AF target drone!
