Some thing to do with pneumatics? I know there are a lot of wierd systems on Yaks but is the prop controlled pneumatically?
I mentioned this in another post a couple of days ago Pembo. I presumed the Geordie brigade had all seen it. It’s actually a MAN aircraft that will relocate for the season and is supposed to be crewed by touring MAN crews.
I can re-phrase it as being ‘commercially expeditious’ if it makes you feel better!
Martin, Ryanair are usually on the old domestic pier in the South Terminal. That’s the pier you usually find EZY and Flybe on if you know the one I mean.
Firstly the Balearic flights generally flight plan via BARLU for a WILLO 3C arrival into LGW. If there are major slot delays due to airways restrictions it is a very slim possibility that you could go to GURLU for a TIMBA 2B which routes via BEXIL.
Secondly, yes it was me in the 304L. What on earth were you doing awake at that time of morning!!! I was flying the return leg so it was my mate Chris doing the radio rather than me. We were coming back from Izmir while our mates Dave and Simon were in the 203L returning from Bodrum. We had been racing them most of the way across Europe but we beat them with a crafty short cut and level change between Zagreb and Venice.
My apologies, yes I’m thinking of the KR2. A couple of years out of GA and I forget everything!

T5 – you’re almost describing AML!
I’d form New Imperial Airways and get someone to rebuild me a fleet of Handley Page 42’s to restart the old colonnial runs. Ahh nostalgia, pour me a G&T Smithers, back home in time for tea and medals…
Welcome, bon-cu. I was just south of Bratislava last night and the visibility was excellent. Looks like a lovely place.
