Britannia is the best UK charter airline .UK if you ask me and most ppl in the UK.Highly successful for 30 years.good fleet of aircraft to with all being successful quiet boeing aircraft

G-NIKO is the other one preston.MON are replacing there A320s already with A321s and maybe replace 757s.soon there should a based A321 in EDI instead of the A320.The A300s will be going soon maybe for A330s.somethin that will fascinate me is what will replace BY’s 767-300s and 757s and even the 767-200s.Will it remain an all boeing fleet

i’d name mine after BAC and call it Scottish Air Charter (SAC) or Blue planet aviation named after the VA i work for. I would have a main base at GLA and a understudied base EDI and a England base MAN.i’d operate short haul from the the 3 airports with A321s and 752s with 2-4 738s in full economy mode and a couple 753s for high pax summer season flights.i would have medium haul 752s and 753s and A330-100s if the said project goes through and a couple A330-200 for high pax numbers (all in split 2 cabin premium and economy) and long haul would consist of A330-200 and 767-400 and MD-11s with A340-600 for supreme high pax and long distance) with 3 sections on each with premium,premium economy and economy.there would be overseas bases in MAD,ACE,PMI and SFB and EWR.

JMC is to be known as Thomas Cook Airlines.they should have the same livery as the current Thomas Cook A320s.

i wish DC-10s flew from GLA a lot and one was based in GLA.pity my flight seems to be an A320.The Dc-10 could be a possible back up though couldn’t it if there is a tech prob.the 763 is supposed to be based in GLA and Flying to Reus on the thursday.I thought both flights would have been 752(the FUE and REU) i prefer the A320 to the 752 but i prefer all MYT’s other aircraf to the 752 and A320.

i love BY’s c/s,MON’s new c/s are the best though.MYT’s are ok and AMM’s new ones are just ok,EuroCyprias’s are really bad.yellow with dark blue and light blue.there parent airline’s new c/s are nice(CY).i like ATA’s new c/s BUT THE LTU C/S SCHEME THEY HAD ON A A330 FOR A DAY WAS THE WORST EVER.the file is too big to upload but u can find out on Airliners.net.here is an ugly plane pic though

[updated:LAST EDITED ON 30-05-02 AT 12:36 PM (GMT)]i used to get 1 mint imperial out of a basket on AMM,AIH had Rock sweets,I don’t remember any other sweets unless they go with meal.i got a wee chocolate mint crisp sweet on AIH with the Airtours logo on it.Desserts should be bigger on planes.they are too small.Apple Crumble and Custard.A wee square of apple pastry and tiny drop of custard.Amm serve ice cream though on flights that usually melt

i’ve been looking up pics of all MYT aircraft at GLA on this website.there was more DC-10 pics than any other MYT aircraft at GLA.When do they do flights from GLA?

has anyone got a picture of the current based A320 in Glasgow C-FTDF.it is a Skyservice/Mytravel A320.1 of The NCL A320 has been tech recently a lot i’ve been told and Air plus comet operated a flight for them with an A310.hope this happens in GLA and a MYT DC-10 is called up.That would rule.

i’ve just found out there is based 763 MYT in GLA this summer.i thin it does Reus flights though.Can anyone shed some info? why is an A320 going to FUE when a 763 is going to REUS.i would of thought the other way around.

i like the 1st c/s the best but the new c/s are quite nice.the last c/s. there all changing in 2001-2002.:)

[updated:LAST EDITED ON 13-05-02 AT 09:27 PM (GMT)]i’ve also been told by people there sure it is an A321.I’d be happy with an A321,the aircraft i’m desperate to go on but 99% sure i won’t is the DC-10.i was told the skyservice A320s are in NCL.thanks for your help. i can’t find out the aircraft type in the back of the book aswell.the DC-10 will be a backup aircraft hopefully.thanks again
