    Well you know my views on helping friends 😀 And when we do come up, I promise I will keep Heidi away from any paint / paintbrushes 😉 As for the weather its now being aeroplane friendly down here too and Im still stuck with this stinking cold 😡 Bex

    The Mods

    I dont think I have yet caused the Mods on any of our forums to edit or delete my posts / threads, although with a certain 737 accident a few months ago, I believe I came close to it. But, Moggy and the other Mods with support from other forum members gave me the chance to both modify my post and give my appollogies to those who I inadvertantly upset due to my poor choice of wordings and haste. My sense of humour and sometime differculty in finding the “proper” words does have a habbit of causing me trouble.

    I can put my hand on my heart and quite happily state that as far as Im concerned both Moggy and his colleagues do a very good job. Thank you gents for your time and common sense. Bex

    Two threads – one for condolences – the other for discussions. that way everyone is happy.

    I have to agree to with this idea, part of human nature is to question and tragedies like this always bring questions, some good some bad. More importantly some people like me are not very good at finding the right words to voice their view or question and get themselves into trouble with other posters / Mods, so a second thread where someone wont have to be so careful or worry about wrong words upsetting people is a great idea.

    I dont post on present accident threads for fear of putting my foot in it and to have the oppotunity to ask questions of those I consider on this forum vastly more informed than myself from either their “armchair” or from actual experience would be a very helpful idea.

    Moggy, thanks for chance to air my thoughts on this.

    Andreas, cracking photos, my favourite has to be the F16 climbing with the huge cloud of smoke / dust behind it with the hills infront. Ive never been to Norway before but my dad used to and Ive seen some amazing scenery photos so youre lucky, beautiful planes with beautiful scenery perfect combination. Thanks for sharing. Bex

    Or collect the golf balls, then on a monthly basis return them to the range with a bill for Vulcan repairs if they wont oblige with a nice big net to stop their customers damaging your property. Bex

    Funny, I expected a response along those lines LoL Heidi laughed I must admit.

    John,

    I thought you would like my Silver Lady, she will flying next to my other English Electric fleet, until I get my Victor built, then her & Buccy will be refueling from the Vic.

    I still have quite a few models to go, various types, 2 SPits, Lanc, Shack, Hurricane, JU87 all sorts, would people like me to continue posting my model building as I plow through them?

    She is rather yummy isnt she? I had aimed to be up there last weekend but a poxy cold & chest infection put paid to that 🙁 Theres just something about Cranberrys that make them grow on you isnt there LoL Theyre just so beautiful oh and theyre English Electric too. Bex

    Martin,

    Ive actually got a complete (ish) Frog PR7 which just happens to be WH773 and that will take about 20 mins to knock together LoL Although I managed to mess up some of the F4’s decals Im actually very pleased with the model itself and the paint job, as she was all hand painted.

    Now a 1/48 Canberra, that sounds very nice and very tempting. Bex

    Sorry the Frightning is silver, but Ive ever seen an F6 fly and XR773 still flies and shes also a 773 LoL. Re a Viscount for Heidi, shes stated “pink, lime green & yellow” spring to mind and your thoughts are????? Bex
