In a war, the winners write the history.

The Indians now have full rights under the Constitution, as exemplified by the Red Lake Indians in Minnesota who chose to keep their affairs legally separate from government help, that all other Indian groups in Minn. chose to accept.
It was their right to do so.

It is not total separation but they operate at a level of independence greater than that of the other reservations in the state.

There is a reservation on the West coast that has a town called Boom City.
The reservation there constructs and sells fireworks that are illegal anywhere else in the U.S.
The reservation is considered a “sovereign nation” and therefore can have items that are illegal else where.
I hope to get out there before I die as some of there fireworks include firecrackers the size of tennis balls and others the size of a small soup can.
When I was at Laguna Seca race track quite some years back, some boys had exported them , which is technically a Federal and State offense, and were shooting them off.
    MOST impressive.

The Indians on the reservation consider their quite profitable enterprise to be jokingly, Red-man’s revenge.

    NO.

Partly due to the fact they sided with the French during the British French and Indian wars.

I see, so all those laws covering basic human rights are a myth? Are you on some sort of medication? If not, you may want to look into getting some. 😉 Use google & look up “cognitive dissonance”

Laws are man made laws, you do not even understand your own rhetoric.

“Basic human rights”–basic means they have a base. What are they based on, sherlock?

The writers of the Declaration of Independence based them on “God given” rights, which would make them irrevocalbe, even though no such thing exists in the Bible, but they were using what they viewed as permanent Christian Faith based item as a base.

Man’s laws are made by the man/men with the biggest gun/guns. They come and they go, same thing for supposed rights, at least in other countries but the U.S. and they are working on eliminating them here.

So come on smart man, what are YOUR “basic” rights based on.
As I said before our founders are based on a Biblical myth. (that stymies some people on Christian forums when one shows them there is no such thing as a God given right.)
If you cannot give me that base your rhetoric is as empty as your thought process.

They said the same thing about Radar back in the 1940’s. In addition every major power is incorporating Stealth in all future designs with no signs of slowing.

The writer of the editorial said shooting down of the F-117 put a big cramp in the use of the B-2.
Bad luck was not the reason the F-117 was shot down. He was reporting the opinions of people in the business.
All the paper performance unknown weaknesses, sadly, are most often exposed by flag draped coffins coming home when a real war breaks out.

IF the T-50 is not that stealthy but performs better otherwise for it, the Russians are probably the winner in the long run.
Aviation Week & Space Technology said in one of its columns, that with the huge gains being made if radar detection technology it will not be that many years, years not decades, before the F-22 pops out on radar as easily as a F-15.
They said even the B-2 will have to rely on more that stealth technology to survive as it will be far from undetectable.

People need to separate basic human rights from superstition.

    Basic human rights.

A-there is no such thing as God given rights.

B-There is no such thing as–basic human rights.

    Neither of the above exist.

Modern cars, instead of being low and sleek as they were for decades have become narrow and bulky.
They remind of the car from Planes, Trains and Automobiles after it passed between the two Semi-trailer trucks.

Atac also has a record of crashing and killing people with all types of aircraft. 3 class A mishaps ( 2 fatal ) in the last 3 years. 1 Hunter, 1 Kfir and 1 A-4c. Possibly the worst safety record of any company flying for the US government.

They are not out for a Sunday cruise, they are playing real war games with real risks.
    So what is your point?
