If a member of a “club” causes damage but pays for the damage later.

Should the person concerned be prosecuted?

Yes or no ?

what if it was defacing a war memorial ????

it doesn’t matter one jot sometimes damage is not repairable and even if it is people still know it was damaged

you are not paying for damage you are meant to be learning to take responsability for your actions !!

Our judicial system seems to work fine as it is.

honnestly ??? just one of many points if it works just fine how come a crimminal going up infront of court cannot have his previous crimes read out ????

surely if convicting for a crime his previous M.O. is critical information

if it worked that well ian huntley would never have got as far as he did as he was a serial offender

the whole justice and policing system has long been unfit for purpose , the laws are there but 90% aren’t even bothered with ( it is long since i saw anyone booked and fined for disturbing the peace ) yet i’m sure it is still in use !!

sentencing is a joke you would probably get as long for talking on your mobile whilst driving as you would for manslaughter

troll is just another word for someone who doesn’t agree with the rest , i mean how dare someone have the gall to have a differing view

moderators call it trolls others call it cencorship of anyone offering a differing view to the majority

funny but i was braught up to believe that russia was wrong for thier secret police vetting everything they didn’t want said

some people may not like others views so it is easier to label as a troll and delete because that is easier than a rational debate , if you are too dim to listen to other sides

people have lost the art of communication because delete is the easy answer if something isn’t liked rather than discussing it !!

Murder? Really?

The RAF purchased, IIRC, 365 Tornados. How many are likely to end up in preservation? 20? Perhaps even 30? Exactly what do you think should happen to the remainder?

If one example ends up being melted down to produce a bell rather than for beercans, is that really murder?

it is strange , it is impossible and not viable to save every single one

what should be happening is admiration for some superb aviation art works she has done , the jaguar was nice at the tate modern

the bell is a beuatiful thaught provoking art work that members of the public can get hands on with that normaly wouldn’t bother about aviation

better that than rotting un toutched on an airfield or smelted for cans

there are enough that will be saved

quite a few lightnings were !! but there will always be the A1 lighnings of the world . sureley an artwork like that bell is a more gratious end !!

I took this photo in my late Dad’s back garden this afternoon. The two animals were in the garden for about twenty minutes,quite unconcerned about each other.

fantastic !! proof if proof is needed that not all shots need to be perfect , sometimes just catching the moment overides everything else !!
