But if the burglar, when discovered/confronted is intent only on fleeing the property, kev35

i believe the offender was stabbed in the chest !!

a very tricky action on someone fleeing wouldn’t you say ???

As always you are confusing justice with something totally different and infinitely more abhorrent.

    Regards,

    kev35

why ?? there is no justice in our justice system

if anything i blame that system more than the offender or victim if they had dealt with the individual firmly from day 1 perhaps he may still have been alive

instead all the bleeding hearts brigade get in with he’s not a bad lad and as nothing is getting done the crime severity escalates

well !! he got to the top of the staircase , somebody should have been tough enough to stop him at the bottom

It has been reported that the intruder who died was on bail at the time

as i said , he would have a record like war and peace with our legal system doing nothing but watching him walk away laughing

justice has finaly been done !!

saves the taxpayers money on an innefectual legal system

now where do we find more of this guy so we can make more police and legal system redundant !!

The man who dealt with this burglar needs a medal, and, lets face it, it’s guaranteed to have stopped it committing any more crimes!

haleluhya !! someone that comprehends !!

we can guarantee when it comes out that this individual has a crimesheet like war and peace

with the establishment doing very little but slapping the backs of his legs

if crime in the area goes down a certain percentage we should be thanking him for vermin control !!

when 4 , lets not forget the word ( hooded ) men break into a family home

the male of the family automaticaly protectcts

to me reasonable force is irrelavant

the man is protecting his family from a very real threat , he either does something or becomes a victim

i’d say it was very reasonable even if it was one armed man against four unarmed !!

If the intruder who was killed did not have a weapon then the people who killed him can hardly be said to have used “reasonable force”. ?

the area in question is not too many miles away from me !! i used to work in it too

you are dealing with a good deal of subordinates from there

was the homeowner correct in his action??? 100% he was

couple that with a next to useless police force that once told an old lady on finding her stolen car in the hands of a crimminal

” well if you know where it is why don’t you pinch it back ?? “

you are dealing with a hit first or be hit neighbourhood , waiting for innefectual police is a waste of time

go into an off licence there and you have to wait in a perspex cubicle show the shop assistant what you want , pay for it first , and only then do you get your mitts on it !!

the area makes dodge city look a pleasant option !!

It appears that the married couple had never flown together before despite both being pilots, rather unusual.

    http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/top-stories/2011/06/20/british-couple-killed-in-air-crash-had-never-flown-together-before-115875-23212993/

not realy it was reported in the metro they did not want to till the kids grew up incase they lost both parents

ironic realy as it was thier first flight together

sometimes rather spooky how humans do indeed see future events !!
