my feelings exactly, trains? I know they show repeats but this really does take the biscuit.

ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh just ordered a copy 😀
I love PC Pilot, my subscription lapsed and I haven’t got round to redoing it, the only pitfall about PCPilot is that it’s by-monthly, it’s such a great mag I wish it came out every month but I know this is not possible due to how hard it is to review / preview new products, as new products are not released fast enough to fill the mag, I generally then don’t put the mag down from the time it arrives to the time I finish reading it from cover to cover, a 2 month wait and I’ve read it in less than a day, but then I always used to keep up to date with the Bill Stack instrument tutorials, which were excellent and kept the mag “alive” until the next issue, I hope Bill Stack still writes for PCPilot.

Steve, last time I visited Australia it was 80c per litre, and I had to smile because the time I was there before in 2000 after the Olympics I was listening to a radio station in Sydney and the Ozzies were whining about the impending rises to about the 80c mark, we had just had fuel blockades in this country as petrol rose above 80p per litre, I couldn’t help smiling thinking you have no idea, at that moment they were paying 32p per litre at the exchange rate at the time, we’d swap any day of the week 🙂
You are still paying 57p per litre, if only it wasn’t so far away to fill my car up 😉

Have you got room to install it on the same drive as XP? I’m wondering if there is a registry key left behind from the original install, I wonder if an install on the same disc will make it work, then try deleting it and installing it on M:/

Blue Robin, I’m based at Filton now, did the test today, went ok, my flying certainly showed I am out of practice, but on the whole just minor little things which need brushing up on.
The test cost me £220, so quite an expensive day considering all they had to do was sign a form which took 3 minutes, and that included printing it out from the CAA website, but I suppose the positive to come out of it was I got friendly with the examiner and he gave me his number should I need to chat & talk regarding my CPL/IR etc, always good to have contacts.
