    Wheels: Pointing down
    Wings: Divisible by two
    Tail: facing back
    engine: Attached and facing front
Chocs: Stowed ready for when you get hungry

Saunter around the aeroplane at least twice to suggest you are not frightened.

Wiggle some things. Those things that look like they probably should move might and those things that look like they shouldn’t better not.

    Fuel: still expensive isn’t it?

    Ignition on, choke out. Start.

In order to fly, try to avoid the ground.

In order to land, try and avoid the sky.

    Hope that helps,

    MH

Hmm, they have to be man made don’t they? Im sure I read in a Sunday paper, The Times I think about an impending film regarding aliens / crop circles? and it showed pictures of some made by humans, it looked perfect just like the “phenomenom” ones.

I have no pics of any but Im sure they are a great specticle, next time I fly to Bembridge I’ll keep my eye open andget some pics 🙂

I am a Shift Manager at a packaging company, H&S is No 1 priority, we are regulated to the hilt, every single thing has to have risk assessments in place, it’s a logistical nightmare, when someone has a minor accident we have to fill out so much paper work it’s unbelievable, if anyone has done NEBOSH training they will have their eyes opened to how much employers nowadays have to cover theirselves for every outcome, we run a zero tolerance on H&S, it is a disiplinable offence if you so much as forget to wear any P.P.E, I guess this has all come about as a direct result of litigation Britain, it is costing companies millions of pounds for insurance policies, and most can’t afford it.

Mine was a B747-400 to Australia, but light aircraft it was my trial flight in a Cessna 152, thank goodness they got rid of it, being fairly tall with a fat instructor it wasn’t the most apt of planes 🙂

And at least you’re alive Daz…remember that.

    wot she said ^

Just remember no matter how bad you think things are, you haven’t got any problems at all, not really, not when you give a couple of minutes thought to Steve Young’s family.

I’m on 14hr night shifts, yes it sucks, and hell yes I wish I was tucked up in bed with my wife and 2 week old daughter tonight but I know I’m keeping a roof over their heads by going to work 😉
