Well the old -900 could seat a maximum of 189 seats due to emergency exit numbers, this bird can take 212 so it should appeal to low cost carriers – Lion Air (an asian LCC) is the launch customer – what I’d like to ask is can this plane fly direct across the pond from say Newcastle -> New York?

Being making a few flights testing the ILS and here are the results, first BMI Embraer the rest are an EZY Liverpool -> Newcastle flight after some maintenance (hence the ferry and hangar)
