I got excited when I saw the B1 B on the ticket art work. I have just checked, there will be no B1 B at Waddington 🙁 I should have looked closer, I can now see there are also a Canberra PR9 and Nimrod MR2 on the ticket art work 😀

The problem is the majority off airshow goers are not aircraft enthusiasts so its football on the big screen, people still go, bills get payed, another airshow next year. With the sound off it seems a good compromise to me.

Seriously though RH I dont think it will spoil your day out. If it is like Waddingtons big screen it will be set back a little fom the actual crowd line. There will be no sound, well just a few cheers every time we stick one of the 5 goals past them.

Maybe Duxford Pole can tell us where they are from but I guess the Corsair was a swap, there are a lot in store near the Portugese Airforce Museum and the Jag, from Germany maybe ?

I saw a breif mention on here that some SWAPS airframes (Meteor at least) are going to Krakow, is this true. Is this where the Duxford Thunderchief is going ?
