AFAIK the Jag has always been capable of that, pretty much what it was designed to do. It just LOOKS like extremely low level flying.

Most people show a degree of sensitivity when accidents occur, on here at least – although I haven’t read what was said.
Although quite what level of damage a PA28 could inflict on Fort Bragg I really don’t know…
