Unfortunately I can’t – Sunday has been booked by a friend needing my help.

And, in case you hadn’t noticed today, the rain is already here. I’m even contemplating whether it is worth going to Yeovilton or not (I live in Plymouth).

Does that mean it will be departing Yeovilton early on Saturday? If so, that means it won’t be available for static at Yeovilton at all – as no display on Sunday.

Ahhh but is the Seahawk at Yeovilton or Biggin?

It is booked to be both Flying & Static at Yeovilton it’s home: http://www.yeoviltonairday.co.uk/participation.html

    AND

    the same at Biggin: http://www.airdisplaysint.co.uk/display.htm

I wouldn’t mind betting that it’s at Yeovilton on Saturday, and Biggin on Sunday.

(Ummmm, could I, should I, CAN I, go to both?)

It is a nice model, but somehow the etching of all the panels seems to be a bit too deep. Might just be me, but if you multiplied those 72 times, I’m sure you’d have some big gaps.

    Sorry Albert.

Nice model – how did you get the propellers spinning?

You mean to tell me it has been test flown and nobody mentioned it 🙁

Still, if the weather is better tomorrow, I’ll turn up. Thing is, isn’t it off to Biggin Hill – or is it going to Biggin on Sunday?

I think this works both ways, I was horrified when at Branscombe at the end of the display, some pilots wanting to make a quick getaway fired up and prepared to move off. No attempt seemed to have been made to ensure that the public had been sent out of the park. There was no warning either. We had been kept out during arrivals because of the potential hazards, but no such restriction was in place once the display had ended.

Well, I’m suitably kitted out to test the audio aspects.
