    But FOD normally happens on the ground and this plane was nearly at its destination flying Vienna – Munich. These places are close by for an airplane but the damage would occur earlier I think. Unless there was a bird strike of course.

    BTW, photography is prohibited around airports in India. In fact, this was mentioned in the january 04 issue of Airlinerworld (letters section, page 68). Photography inside the terminal is allowed.

    Its a bit of a silly rule if you ask me, and some politicians want to relax it. In that light, they may probably (hopefully) be lenient on kabir.
