There was an article in the Sunday Telegraph saying that BAA may sell Gatwick airport. It has been valued by BAA at around 2.5 billion pounds which some say it should be half that.
I used to fly to Lourders airport an it used to be a right dump. I knew they were building a new airport but i dont know what its like.
If Blair does get his new toy will it be operated by the RAF or a private company?
How are the transfers between termiNals 3 and 5 going to work for oneworld? Are they going to build a tunnel between the two terminals to improve transfers or something?
BAA have announced that Terminal 2 will close when terminal 5 opens.
This is due to the reduced amount of traffic passing through it not makint it economically viable to stay open.
How will BA fit their whole operation into terminal 5 without phase 2 being completed until 2010?
When phase 2 is open are other partners going to use t5?
BA are suspending the Melbourne route due to lack of demand. That probably explains why BA011 doesnt exist anymore. They still offer seats on Qantas flights to Melbourne however.

Terminal 2 is going to be used by star alliance aswell as terminal 1 but theres talk of demolishing it and rebuilding it and terminal 1 in the Heathrow East Proposal

No wonder they are short of pilots. The pilots are probably switching airlines at the first oppurtunity they get
Does anyone know how many the RAF and the Royal Navy are going to order and when they are coming into service?
Liverpool, Edinburgh and Glasgow are all converting to the A319 aswell.
