the earth may very well keep on surviving all that occurs on it, but the many billions of us that even in this era of scientific food growth still rely on the seasons to feed us may not, and there is something up with the weather that may knock us of our perch back to a manageable level.

not airshow act either but 815 NAS had a connection with Guinness, i’m sure some lynx had the harp device stencil on the tail pylon in the 80’s/90’s.

I’m very happy with the education i received, i’m even happier that i’m not forced to ‘believe’ in something, many years ago that would make me a heretic or apostate, and we all know what happened to them.

‘god’ is a construct developed by our primitive ancestors to explain nature, re-enforced by organised groups to boost their strength and influence over the common man,now not needed as we have SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY, i dont believe in fairys, and the queen is not a god BTW, and we in the brit mil dont think that, she’s the just the boss.( balls to all POLITICIANS as well)

i know the westland lynx had an airframe life of 7000 hrs, extended to 8000 after a full strip and inspection of all critical structures,i think the extension was only cos we had nothing to replace them with and to be honest we still don’t.
