Cheers Guys
If this scheme means better facilities for Spotters at GLA then i’m definately in but if not then it would be a complete waste of my £15.
But at least it’s a way forward and hopefully it goes off to a good start and gets to every airport in the country if not the world
Hi Ren
That’d be great as i’ve said brefore i’ve actually started to use my camcorder which has 500x zoom to film the aircraft and then later view it back and use photoshot to actually take the digital photos i want then transfer them to the computer thats what i used on the photos i showed the other day.
I know it’s not really photography but until i can get a digital camera but i’m affraid a new computer needs to come before a camera at the moment as i’m back to using an old and very slow computer because mine isn’t working again.
Anyway enough of me blabbing
Cheers
Hi Kaplan
Very nice photos would love to hear those props on that Russian A/c going at full throttle on take off.
BTW are you airside when taking your photos or just have a good zoom lens
Cheers
Who’s addicted then!!!!!!
ME ME ME (LOL)
The Shorts I saw said AeroConder along the side of it i’m sure along the top of the fuselage.
BTW what is the construction plant doing in the middle of the airfield is this something to do with them adding another runway or something
Thanks
Ace of Aces on a Commodore da64 was my first flight sim
couldn’t put it down once i started i especially liked the inflight refueller
Unfortunately my Fs2002 and Fs 2004 aren’t working on this computer at the moment but hoping to get a better one with more memory possibly 512mb ram bigger Hard drive maybe between 80 and 120GIG before christmas and faster CPU.
Any of you guys in the UK reccommend anything of a reasonable price please get in touch
Cheers
Why did the Television Companies stop showing the Farnborough or any other air shows for that matter anyway? I always looked forward to watching them each year but i know what some of you will say “You can watch them on Discovery Wings on a Saturday” but aren’t a lot of them repeats?
Thanks
I’m sure that aerocondor plane was parked up near terminal 2 I seen that and a couple of others when i went for a short walk past the taxi ranks outside the terminal building so after G-ARPP being scrapped what did they do with it?
I definately need to go to the optician cause i didn’t see your link to the relevant article LOL
See on the General discussion , the webbie answered this.

Can’t seem to find anything in the General section mate
thanks anyway
I actually thought it was maybe a shower of some sort for fire fighters when dealing with chemicals but that sounds too rediculious the training unit looks like a plane but just constructed out of something like sheet metal.
Another Question for you ren you possibly know the answer
You know how they took away the old airplane that stood on the grass at Abbotsinch Road near where Rwy 23s Holding point is are they going to replace it with something else?
Nothing i can say about that last photo Ren put up apart from VERY NICE
Excellent Ren
I think it’ll be the 23 or 24 in future because i got the 300 service from Clydebank that goes right into the airport but it takes about an hour and you don’t even get any decent photography heres a couple of the photos i took yesterday.
The last one of the BA plane was actually taken from a footpath behind Yoker football ground
at the moment i’m using my video camera which has photoshot mode on it because my 35mm kit is far too heavy so i’m selling it on ebay and what i make from that i’m putting towards a Digital camera
Cheers Ren
That’ll comee in handy
