What’s the matter ? That taiwan and china aren’t two countries ?
    Yes, really pathetic

You mean to tell me that Hawaii and the good old US of A are two distinct
and separate nations :p? Well… as they say, one learns something new every day, because,
that indeed is news to me. BTW, have you told Mr. Bush/Kerry this news yet?

Anyway, who knows! I mean, you could be right on that one. Because,
Hawaii also sports what’s known as a state flag. It sports its own Capital. And, by
the rumors I’ve heard, “it also sports what’s deemed a radical separatist movement
which distinguishes its autonamy from that of Washington, DC.”
    Or…

Anyway, like the guy says: the terms
“La república de Hisbanic de California” or “La república de Hawaii”
indeed has this almost serenading ring to it!!!!

    Presidente Arnald :p!!! ¡Recepción a la república de Hawaii :p !

    Hi to all,

in this topic i would create a new database about the two countries, and their military power, but also discuss the “what if” about their possible clash in a all around war, not only today or in the future but also in the past crisis. Sadly, a old topic, something like “could the ROcaf survive to the PLAA attacks” is misteriously disapperated yesterday.

 Two countries??? 😡 🙁

    What on earth are you
talking about and what are you trying
    to do or exdend here
    🙁 ???!!!

Leave Taiwan, China out the discussions here
because this forum has nothing doing with family fueds and it
has nothing to do with Chinese domestic affairs!!!!!

    Pathetic! Simply pathetic!!!

Discovery, seen here in 2001, will carry
a crew of seven, marking the first shuttle flight since
Columbia disintegrated over Texas in 2003.

CAPE CANAVERAL, Florida (Reuters) — NASA, recovering
from the four hurricanes that halted work at its Florida spaceport,
said on Friday it has set a launch target in May, 2005, for the first
space shuttle flight since the 2003 Columbia disaster.

China’s second manned space flight will orbit
the Earth for five days with two astronauts onboard in a mission
scheduled for next year, state press said Monday.

“For the first time, astronauts will enter and live in the orbital

statement regarding the mission, the China Daily reported.

flyin’ that??? I mean can’t they get away from the use of the word “Flyin'”, Period???

Damn it! What does these ChiComs’s think aeronautics are? Toy’s?!!!

    http://military.china.com/zh_cn/important/64/20041031/11942112.html

I mean can’t they do without the “F16″ as a basis to work on???
Anyway, notice those what them there ChiCom’s say are “duck wing” (or canards)?
I wonder why it’s even necessary for such a tiny peppy-looking plane?

At a glance, angle & “size”, credit seems very “LCAish”. Agreed???

J-10 came later and would incorparated
newer stuff like avionics…but the Israelis can always upgrade their….
a better question is can the J-10 be better than Lavi ?

Like the IAI Kfir which are “influenced” by the Mirage-5, thus, dependence on
French technology; or, like that of the mighty Cheetah of South Africa which are based on the
    Mirage 3
, thus heavily dependent on notes, technolgies, references etc., from Dassault…

The “Lavi”, like that of the F-CK-1, or like that of the Mitsubishi F-2,
“inarguably”, are dependent on technology, funding, financings, as well as political backings
from America in order for it to become the wonders and the success it is.

    In other words…

“Israel is not the miracle maker it likes to believe it is!!!”

Or, to put simply: If American fundings and political backings comes
to a stop, ultimately, the flow of F-16 technology for which the Lavi is so dependent,
and so based, too and automatically, must come to a full stop.

And, as we can all bear witness, the
“Lavi”, indeed has come to a full stop without American blessings to
keep the Lavi wheels continue grinding!

    The engine is AL-31 😀

    Intial batches J-10’s – Yes! – it will be AL-31’s –
the very reason why it’s not on exhibit at Zhuhai ’04. Other
units to follow however, are said — will WSD-10’s.

    The cockpit — it’s the other J-10 …

Incidentally, doesn’t the mighty Grippen, too, sport a GE engine?
The F-2 by Misubishi’s with something similar? The ChungGuo also powered by a
US powerplant? And so on and so forth??? Even some Mirages???

Just a thought because I thought I read something to that respect.
