Hmm, this airline isn’t really caring about safety, as long as they can fly. They’ll get in real trouble soon, can’t some organisation withdraw their license?

Hmm, I heard the Airbus FMC was very complicated if your not used to it and has a lot of different buttons. For example, there isn’t an EXEC key:s. Don’t know what you chose.

Winglets indeed hold fuel as well. A winglet can’t pull a wing up if the aircraft is standing still. And iff the aircraft is gaining speed, the wing pulls itself up because of it’s aerodynamicall effect.

There are good (well “good”) calculators everywhere on the internet and then you give one like these. They sure send it on to spammers! Why would they else ask your e-mailadress.

You can fly into brussels with UA via Washington, but I don’t think you can make your connection in that case. Only daily flights to/from the US, you see.
Sorry for all my questions! I’m sorry, but i’m a bit tired:).

Taxis are cheap, I remember we took the taxi all around Gran Canaria for a small amount of money. I saw my hotel from the plane while we were approaching. Tenerife isn’t that big, however some hotels are under or look out to the approach path if rwy 26 (or is it 8) is in use.

Ok the, flying Via brussels is cheaper than Easyjet! So I’ll figure out for you how you can get there.

Depart with SN Brussels Airlines from Gatwick at 7.40 and arrive in Brussels at 9.45. Then you will have plenty of time to visit bars and see the breathtaking A-pier. Your connecting flight is a Virgin Express flight that departs at Brussels at 15.30. It’ll arive in Athens at 19.45.

    VACATION!

Depart with Virgin Express in Athens at 11.35 on 23th of August. You will arive at Brussels at 14.05, before you take your flight back to London Gatwick at 16.45. You will arrive at LGW at 16.50.

SN Brussels airlines fare (taxes included): 60.90 EUR (if that ain’t cheap!:))
Virgin Express fare: 286.64 EUR (expensive [but cheapest] because there are a lot of people coming back from Athens at the return flight)
    Total fare: 347.54 EUR = 233.60 GBP
