Was it taken seriously in the 80ies or before?
I only book on airline websites. I wanted to go with Iberia departing the 30th of July, but that’s my last day at school and there is a risk of not making it etc. Anyway, it was €500 each.
I’m only booking probably over one month.
The money is not really a big deal, but at least arrive in orlando and depart in miami; the best would be arrive in orlando and depart in key west. This also saves time (thus hotel money and car hire), and then we have to drive less.
Still, there is no airline that offers such a good connection with key west, only Delta? Others are more expensive.
It surprised me that a CRJ700 can take off from 1450 meters!
Wait; do i get it right? You claim your luggage, go outside like you arrived and then go to the checkin desk like you’re a normal non-connecting passenger? How much time do I need to connect?
Cool. But the current -500 series will stay? I always found it a nice airline. Probably because I like going to the Canaries.
How’s their current situation? I assume not too good?
CAN WE GET BACK TO THE TOPIC!
Well I just saw on TV that Airbus themselves were suprised that the BELGIAN pilot (despite the elsewhere registered plane) managed the aircraft down in one piece. True, the least accidents->Belgium. Very safe maintenance->Belgium.
Comet’s sentence at the end of a post by him is true… Be flown by the belgians.
I don’t want to show off here… Just… Wel It’s Interesting, no?
There are now three candidates, they don’t say who they are. I believe it is Jetair, Thomas Cook (not sure, and this would give them a useless fleet of Boeing aircraft), and Azzurra air maybe.
It hanged around because it was flying towards the sea. It could not land because it still had too much fuel on board, which had to be dropped over the sea.
Yeh VLM has good prices, but definitely not cheap!
Indeed, they make the biggest profit out of the last seats that are booked. That’s how they mostly keep the demand and supply in balance – if there are still seats a few days before the flight, they raise the prices because there are people who pay this amount (mostly businesss people).
Sint-Maarten with klm is quite cheap, they are in their two last internet sale day! look now!
Duuh, First surf Boeing website and Airliners.net website. I see you’re a newbie in aviation 😉
Fokker 50 engines on take off gives such a powerful impression! Incredible. The prop sound first accelerates, and then it sounds like an xtremely loud truck horn. The Dornier aircraft are difficult to make profit with.
We all know the ATR is THE best; STOL, good cruise speed and very efficient.
Oh yeah, Azurra Air should had made a bid today, not sure about their offer?
