Melv,
are you into jail bait? 😀
Ronnie,
Lovely shots there.
No historical significance but heard a rumour that G-ARHP will be making the trip with you. Is this still the case Glenn?
Stephen and Nick Grey?
Glenn Lacey owns the ‘Stuka’.
At least someone got to see it.
Just got in. Glad to see something. See you October guys.
Its not Handley Page per chance?
Fairy Delta?
AF,
Seen as you work for a private party maybe you you should speak to certain people there and try an get the IWM to understand this. I have completed work experience there and considering joining Friends of DX but as it stands. No. I will not be joining. How long is it before operators Like TFC, HAC and other companies look for alternatives where they can display in places with bigger crowds? The IWM have 5/6? Locations round the country all of which I have visited and yes they all are expensive as each other, why though? I see Coltishall maybe for sale soon why not get some one to buy it maybe just maybe….;)
How many aircraft were in the ‘Balbo’/Big wing?
Damien,
No ‘Colt’ club members enclosure is there?
One quick question for anyone who maybe in the know. Is The Spit Owned by Maurice and Peter Bayliss still tech as this was the case when TD248 had to stand in for her at Boxted last weekend. Im looking forward to this weekend yet if it proves to be a total washout it will have been a waste of £54 I mean the programme does seem a little flakey. Also i noticed the SWC Glad is not on the list, I thought this wonderful aircraft played a part in the Battle of Britain. After all it is a airshow marking this Prolific event in Britain’s history.
