    It’s only right that I report the outcome of this order with GF Shop –

    I received an e-mail apologizing for a problem with my order due to a server problem.

    Group flight has refunded my money (£30) and sent me the product free of charge. They have also offered me another £10 credit at the shop.

    You don’t often get problems resolved in such a manner – So well done Group Flight Shop!!

    Well whoever owns it that’s pretty shoddy treatment of customers, but I’m sure there’s a reasonable explanation for why this has happened 🙂

    As you say i’m pretty sure they are waiting on stock from the USA. My main concern (and the reason for my initial post) was that the site might have been a sham to con people – so i feel happier that it is a legitmate site.

    It’s just a bit worrying when you can’t seem to get a reply to confirm what is happening, and your money has long gone. :rolleyes:
