i had a good looking paramedic too..shame i got the not so good looking one in the back of the ambulance while the other one drove

what annoyed me about today was the fact i was lying on the path with my leg bleeding..my bike half in the railing..and people just walking past me and stepping over me…and a nissan worker on a bike who asked me to move so he could get through

oh it is paul..the only comfort i have is that a good looking nurse dressed the wound haha

well my day started off fine, got up, got ready to go to work, set off on my push bike with the plan of stopping in at NEAM on the way.

On the bridge going over the A19, on the down slope my brakes decided not to respond, so quickly picking up speed i lost all control of slowing down..ending up with my bike going half through a metal railing..and me landing on top of it…damaged left leg and ankle, right hand and right foot are now in agony…ended up in hospital from half 2 until half 7, mainly siting around doing nothing but waiting

i thought the NHS was meant to be quick, i thought Sunderland Royal was one of the quickest hospitals for getting in, seen to and out

not one of my better days thats for sure
