I believe that the above mentioned Argosy is XN819; the cockpit from which survives in the end of the Small Objects Building at Newark Air Museum as a procedures trainer. 🙂
Possibly – double points for airframes inside; also a lot of other factors to consider e.g. status of owner – properly constituted organisation, local and national significance etc
Just read that the first person to appear at highbury court this morning pleading guilty to taking part in the looting of a music store in Croydon, was a 31 year old female TEACHER !!

No problem re the information Chris – I always aim to try and provide accurate information!
Can’t make Sunday myself (family function to attend) however in addition to Darren’s award winning Canberra PR7 cockpit there’s a good chance of other cockpits being open!! 🙂
I agree with most points being raised here from both sides, however I think one issue here is that the Beverley is a benchmark airframe (hopefully T/O can confirm?) and is the sole survivor of the type…..
In the 2010 edition of the NAHR XB259 is listed as a Significant Airframe – moving it under cover would move it to National Benchmark status.
