Joking aside, I’m really starting to get a great buzz about this weekend, which seems to be gelling into a great gathering. 😀

OK I hear you all say – “you’re bound to say that!”

My aim is to get as many people along to Cockpit-Fest and Aeroboot. This will help raise funds for the museum (a registered charity) so it can repair, maintain and refurbish more exhibits, develop the site etc.

However just as important is being able to try and help the cockpiteers / exhibitors to raise awareness of their projects; generate funds to support the excellent hard work they carry out on their cockpits / display items; find those missing bits; and generally try and help – simples!! 🙂

Aeroboot update

Starting to get a bit confused on final numbers but it’ll be alright at the weekend! :confused:

As of this morning there are 41 sellers booked in for Saturday and 20 sellers on Sunday.

Hoping by the weekend to also have a date confirmed for an autumn Indoor Aeroboot event!! 🙂

Provisional confirmation received re-the BBMF flypasts on Saturday and Sunday – times subject to confirmation at the weekend and the usual serviceability caveats! 🙂

Cockpit-Fest update

Another Cockpit-Fest update has been added here this morning – one cockpit and several new displays in and one display out!
