A300s are being supplied to UPS at a very high rate still.
BAs 767s go, in Africa, to: Entebbe, Lusaka, nairobi, Dar es Salaam, Accra, and Luanda. They must all go there for a good reason.
The engine had a gear-box failure and just shut down passing through 20,000ft, and landed in Entebbe a little overweight. Believe she is still out there (G-BNWI is the 767 involved)
Should have put this in the main forum for sure!!!!! You flipping lucky bugger!
You can bring your own food no problem, dunno if they’d let you heat it up though 😀
How unionised is Delta WD? Alitalia are having HUGE problems at the moment, as every restructuring plan they submit gets rejected by the workforce, who are being nothing short of unreasonable. Could this cause any big problems for DL?
The Star Alliance just keeps growing and growing, and despite what people say to the contrary, increased members is what is good for the business traveller, as it gives them far greater flexibility with their loyalty cards. OneWorld in particular just seems to be left standing at the moment, with no expansion in recent years, members rejecting pleas to join, and others seriously considering pulling out :
Interesting callsign too… I can never quite make it out.
Is it Casher..Catcher..or Cashair? 😮
LOL! The Portugese ones are the worst, the Germans usualy say it the best. Its “Skyshare” 😀
Some interesting ones there, your Netjets Citation positioned in from Exeter although not sure where it was actualy taking passengers too. They seem to be getting bigger and bigger every day. “After the company aircraft line up and wait 24” is something you would hear a lot at most airports, but at Farnborough, where it is 100% bizjets it used to be a rareity, no longer thanks to the Skyshares 😀
More Dorniers? I don’t think any come in at the moment do they?
Although it does lead to a few extra problems. The BA 767 fleet is being fiendishly unreliable at the moment.
Tsk tsk, call yourself a spotter! Its not a Gulfstream but a Bombardier Global Express 😀 Registered to Tapaj Inc whoever they are
As far as I understand it the entire Sun Air fleet is to be replaced with Dornier 328s from the beginning of next month.
SE-ISL operating for Aurigny or Skyways?
Danairboy, the A300s won’t survive the year thank God. I believe they are in a right state inside, and that colour scheme just makes me want to throw up!
I flew “AY” back in June BHX-ALC… 😀
I flew her BHX-EDI in November 😀
