According to my database which is about 90% accurate in terms of current operational commercial aircraft there are around 11150 Boeings still in existance, 2900 Antonovs, and 3112 Airbus aircraft.
Going by common sense I would assume that much of the 10% loss of accuracy comes from Russian aircraft, and I would be much obliged if someone could correct my Antonov figure, which looks a little out to me!

Farnboroguh tend not to release any details until the Spring, so we are all waiting with baited breath. Farnborough can take anything, and indeed probably has taken everything! The AN225 came in one year, so that just about says it all!
I would assume though that Boeings 777-300ER would be a likely candidate, although they didn’t display much of interest last year, more from Airbus than anything else!

That is the British Airways schedules programmer, invaluable for anyone that wants to fly on BA, no matter how regularly:

GB Airways and BMed have A321s in BA colours, but BA has never owned an A321 of its own. First one due around December/November time.

Ohhh yes! BA used to have lots more 757s than this, the number was more around the 50 mark I think. Most of them went to DHL, some have been re registered as OO and gone to one division of DHL, and some have retained their G regs and have gone to a slightly different division of DHL which is UK based.

Nice pics. Any idea what the BA 734 was doing there? BA haven’t had anything bigger than an RJ100 based at BJX since last winter :S

Nope, still 13 757s left in the fleet with no immediate plans for disposal. They might be disposed next winter when the first A321s are delivered, however they might remain until 2010 until the 767s are disposed of due to fleet commonality.
